Very much enjoyed the trip and Cubania Travel really did provide a personal touch, from making sure we were picked up from the airport and taken to our casa and the same at the end of the trip. Our guide and his driver were top draw, nothing was too much for them through. out our trip and they taught us so much about Cuba and its people and politics. Lovely people. Our experience with Cubania Travel was truly superb! As a relatively large group of bicyclists, there was ample opportunity for mishaps or chaos, but there was absolutely none! The itinerary was ideal (i.e., short days, long days, hard, easy, mountains, beach, cities) and our guide (Arley!) and support staff were infinitely kind, patient, helpful, and excellent ambassadors of their wonderful country. This long-awaited trip to Cuba did not disappoint, thanks to a smooth itinerary put in place by Cubania. From the first friendly face at the airport to our final driver, we were looked after by an amazing team of kind and helpful Cubans. We stayed at charming casas particulares in Havana, Cienfuegos and Trinidad and went canoeing, snorkelling, hiking and biking with extremely competent guides. A special thank you to Toni who accompanied us from Havana to Trinidad sharing his extensive knowledge of Cuban history and culture… and a mention to our patient salsa teachers who did their best to introduce us to Cuban rythym … the mojitos helped!

My partner and I had THE most incredible experience on our tour. Cuba did not disappoint and was incredible but much much more than that our guide JACKSON was an absolute LEGEND! Not only did he give us an honest and open account of the history but also his own personal experiences of his country. We feltin incredibly good hands at all times and would recommend anyone to do this, particularly with this organisation in a heartbeat...in addition to our incredible experience Jackson and his colleague Lucy went hugely above and beyond what you might expect when I left my phone on a taxi after our tour had finished and between them they managed to arrange getting it back to me in the UK...not a mean fear and such an unusually thoughtful and committed effort it quite literally restored my faith in humans!!! What an amazing holiday! Every experience was planned meticulously down to the last detail. All dietary demands were met (some of us are vegans) and changes to our itinerary were dealt with efficiently and without fuss. Particular highlights were the bike tour of Havana and sea kayaks in the Bay of Pigs. Thanks to all at Cubania!

Third time visiting Cuba and being looked after by the amazing team at Cubania. Always filled with activities and a real insight. This trip consisted of salsa classes, conga drum lesson, cycling, horse riding, zip lining, snorkelling, spending time in Havana, Trinidad and Bay of pigs...and lots of great food. The team is very caring, knowledgable and feels like a real family. Looking forward to my next visit!

This was my first time using this company and I was very pleased. All members were prompt with responses, and attentive to my needs. This tour ended up being a one-on-one experience since my traveling partner was unable to attend. I'm thankful that Cubania still honored my business and allowed me this opportunity with my own personal tour guide, Pedro. Pedro was very upbeat, knowledgeable, attentive, and adaptive. Pedro was nice enough to capture both pictures and audio with my phone so I can have the memories from this trip. He was able to adjust the itinerary to maximize the time we had. I greatly appreciated that add-ons to my trip were arranged so that the people came to the place I was staying which was one less trip I had to make. It was convenient to get dressed and go on the terrace for the scheduled activity. Everything and everyone was great, from the taxi driver to the hosts at the lodging accommodations. It was nice to see the same faces especially with the taxi driver. Here are some suggestions I'd recommend for areas of improvement. In regards to restaurants that are included in the package, it would be nice to know the options ahead of time, that way if that's not the type of cuisine that person is interested in eating, other eating arrangements can be made. When booking additional activities such as massage, asking what preferences (ex. Male/female, type of massage deep tissue/ hot stone, years of experience of massage therapist) I was looking forward to the massage and was underwhelmed afterwards and still very sore. It probably would have been more beneficial for me to take another yoga class which was amazing my first day of the tour. Overall I have a wonderful experience and would recommend to others and use this tour company again. Thank you Cubania for a wonderful experience.

Had absolutely the best, most unforgettable moments in Cuba. It’s winter in London as I write this, and I wish so much to be back there, in the sunshine, with wonderful nature, the best people and or course salsa! Cubania - with our guide Arley and driver/mechanic/nurse Ariel - organised everything seamlessly, truly can’t recommend them enough! We had so much confidence in this duo as they took us on the adventure of a lifetime, always making sure we have an exciting agenda, a good place to stay and delicious food too.
